Shipping Policy for Christine Alcalay

We strive to offer you flexible, reliable, and efficient shipping options to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Below is our detailed shipping policy for your reference.

Shipping and Delivery Options

Domestic Shipping:

• Free Domestic Shipping for orders over $300
• UPS® (Discounted rates from Shopify Shipping) – Calculated at checkout.
• Express Shipping is available and calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

• DHL Express (Discounted rates from Shopify Shipping) – Calculated for worldwide delivery.
• UPS® (Discounted rates from Shopify Shipping) – Calculated for UPS Worldwide Saver®.
• USPS (Discounted rates from Shopify Shipping) – Calculated for Priority Shipping.

For international orders, any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to understand any potential charges prior to purchase, as we are not responsible for these fees.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Cancellations

• Once an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
• Certain items, such as sale items, may not be eligible for returns.

Delayed Orders

• In the event of delayed processing, customers may cancel their order for a full refund.
• Delays caused by the shipping provider do not fall under our liability.
• For delayed orders, please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates.

Damaged Orders

• Christine Alcalay is not responsible for lost or damaged products after they are handed to the shipping carrier.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Shipping Restrictions

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) imposes restrictions on certain items shipped via air transportation in the U.S. Unauthorized items may require alternative shipping methods.

Digital Product Sales (Gift Cards)

• Delivery: Gift cards are delivered electronically via email shortly after purchase. If you do not receive your gift card, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

• Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed online at checkout and are applicable toward any available product or service.

• Returns & Cancellations: Digital gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order is processed.

• Expiration: Gift cards do not expire and do not have any fees associated with their use.

Preorder Policy

• Preorder Terms: When you place a preorder, your item is reserved specifically for you and will ship once production is complete. Estimated shipping times are provided at the time of preorder, but please note that these are approximate and may vary slightly.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of preorder to secure your item.

• Shipping: Once your preorder item is ready, it will be shipped, and a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

• Returns: Preordered items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition. Please initiate your return through our Returns Portal. For further details, view our full Return Policy.

• Cancellations: Preorders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are reserved and produced specifically for you.
