Online Return & Exchange Policy

Online Return/Exchange Eligibility

Full price merchandise purchased online can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.  

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, original tags attached, in original packaging - with proof of purchase.  

FINAL SALE (not eligible for exchange or return) items include:  sale or otherwise discounted items, fine jewelry, undergarments, fabric face masks, makeup, and any special orders.

Online Exchanges, Returns, Refunds with Re:Do

We work with a company called Re:Do to offer you a $1.98 Exchange Protection Option when choosing shipping options (choose Returns Shipping Included).  If you choose to pay this small fee at the time of original purchase and decide the item does not work for you, you will be able to do an online return for a refund or exchange for another item or store credit AND be provided a FREE return shipping label.  

Online Returns/Refunds without Re:Do

If you opt out of the $1.98 Exchange Protection Option at checkout and would like a full refund back to your original form of payment, you will be able to do an online return and be provided with a discounted return shipping label paid by you.

Processing of Exchanged/Refunded Merchandise

It may take up to 3 days from the time we receive your returned item(s) to inspect them and issue your exchange item, store credit, or refund.  You will receive an automatic email once this happens.  We will contact you should your item not meet our inspection requirements.  Please note refunds back to original payment may take a few days for the refund to be officially processed/posted by your credit card/bank.  

Damaged or Defective Items:

Should you have an item that is defective or damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at boutique@christinealcalay.com for instructions.

 

Digital Product Sales (Gift Cards)

 Delivery: Gift cards are delivered electronically via email shortly after purchase. If you do not receive your gift card, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

 Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed online at checkout and are applicable toward any available product or service.

 Returns & Cancellations: Digital gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order is processed.

 Expiration: Gift cards do not expire and do not have any fees associated with their use.

Preorder Policy

 Preorder Terms: When you place a preorder, your item is reserved specifically for you and will ship once production is complete. Estimated shipping times are provided at the time of preorder, but please note that these are approximate and may vary slightly.

 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of preorder to secure your item.

 Shipping: Once your preorder item is ready, it will be shipped, and a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

 Returns: Preordered items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition. Please initiate your return through our Returns Portal. For further details, view our full Return Policy.

 Cancellations: Preorders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are reserved and produced specifically for you.

 

In-Store Return & Exchange Policy

Full price merchandise purchased in our store may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another item or store credit only.  In-Store purchases are not eligible for Return/Refund.
