SHIPPING POLICY

 

Domestic Shipping:

Free Shipping on orders over $300.

Standard Shipping (Orders $0.00 - $249.99): $10.00.

Express Shipping: Available at checkout with calculated rates.

Carrier options include UPS® with discounted Shopify Shipping rates, calculated at checkout.

 

International Shipping:

DHL Express: Discounted rates through Shopify Shipping, calculated at checkout.

UPS® Worldwide Saver: Discounted rates, calculated at checkout.

USPS Priority: Discounted rates, calculated at checkout.

Free Local Pickup options available in Brooklyn, New York.

For international orders, any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to understand any potential charges prior to purchase, as we are not responsible for these fees.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days except for pre-orders, orders with alterations or special orders (excluding weekends and public holidays). A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

 

Order Cancellations

Online Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in unused, original condition. Certain items, including sale items, may not be eligible for return.

Delayed Orders

If processing delays occur, customers may cancel for a full refund. However, delays by shipping carriers are not covered by our policy. Please contact the carrier first for tracking updates.

 

Damaged Orders

Christine Alcalay is not liable for lost or damaged items after shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us to help with a claim with the shipping provider.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Restricted items may require alternative shipping due to TSA regulations for air transportation in the U.S.

 

Digital Product Sales (Gift Cards)

Delivery: Gift cards are delivered electronically via email shortly after purchase. If you do not receive your gift card, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed online at checkout and are applicable toward any available product or service.

Returns & Cancellations: Digital gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order is processed.

Expiration: Gift cards do not expire and do not have any fees associated with their use.

 

Preorder Policy

Preorder Terms: When you place a preorder, your item is reserved specifically for you and will ship once production is complete. Estimated shipping times are provided at the time of preorder, but please note that these are approximate and may vary slightly.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of preorder to secure your item.

Shipping: Once your preorder item is ready, it will be shipped, and a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Returns: Preordered items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition. Please initiate your return through our Returns Portal. For further details, view our full Return Policy.

Cancellations: Preorders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are reserved and produced specifically for you.
