KEANE burst onto the scene, thanks to the dazzling brainchild of Colin Keane Lynch in the big apple back in 2017, with a mission to sprinkle a bit of handmade glass magic into your everyday bling. Colin’s a glass wizard, learning the ropes in the dreamy canals of Venice before leveling up at the Corning Museum of Glass and the Rhode Island School of Design. KEANE's creations are crafted with love – like a warm hug for your ears! Using borosilicate glass, Colin works his magic on a bench torch with a groovy technique called lamp working. He takes solid rods and tubes and transforms them into glorious spheres and swirls. And for color? Well, he wields a "flame activated brush" – sounds fancy, right? 🔥

KEANE was founded by Colin Keane Lynch in NYC in 2017 under a mission of spreading the beauty of handmade glasswork in an
wearable art form. Colin is an accomplished glass sculptor, having learnt traditional techniques in Venice before continuing his studies at the Corning
Museum of Glass, and finally at the Rhode Island School of Design. KEANE's pieces are a labour of love. Our glass treasures are made of borosilicate glass on a bench torch using a technique called lamp working: the materials come in solid rods or tubes, which are then manipulated into spherical and twisted forms. Color is
added with what Colin describes as a "flame activated brush."
