Join us for a serene afternoon of floral arranging and community connection, led by artist and floral designer Colleen Dodge. Inspired by the Japanese art of Ikebana, this event invites you to reconnect with nature, embrace simplicity, and celebrate the beauty of imperfection.
We’ll gather for two sessions- pick one? come to both?
EXPERT GUIDANCE FROM COLLEEN DODGE
Each session will start with an ikebana inspired info session. You’ll bring your own flowers to share with other attendees—bodega or Trader Joe’s blooms are welcome!—and we’ll supplement with fresh selections from the Flower District along with a thoughtfully curated vessels and flower frog.
This is more than just arranging flowers; it’s about slowing down, creating with intention, and forming new bonds. Whether you come alone or with friends, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of connection—to nature and to each other.
